Please note that some individuals and groups may feel unable to support in full the CEN Charter while otherwise wishing to maintain contact with the network and to support and participate in its activities. If you feel this way, please answer NO to the Declaration. You will become a "CEN Friend" instead of a "CEN Member". CEN Friends are very welcome, and have the same rights and privileges as CEN Members, except for the right to vote at meetings.
